About LifeLine
A nonprofit founded in 2002, LifeLine Animal Project provides innovative solutions and operates lifesaving programs to end the euthanasia of healthy and treatable animals in Atlanta's shelters. Last year, LifeLine provided services to over 45,000 pets, including 14,000 free and low-cost spay/neuter surgeries and sheltering for 20,000 animals, making them the largest animal welfare organization in Georgia.
LifeLine’s community outreach improves the quality of life for Atlanta's animals and helps prevent pet overpopulation. They look at the root causes of animal homelessness and works with their community to provide accessible pet care with the ultimate goal of keeping people and pets together.
